Mimosa (classic)

Nothing kicks off brunch quite like a Mimosa.

Ingredients

Freshly squeezed orange juice – Chilled

Chilled Champagne, Prosecco, Cava or sparkling wine

Garnish

Orange slices (optional)

Create

Pour about 50ml of the orange juice into a champagne flute then top with Bubbles. Garnish with a slice of orange if desired.
