Bloody Mary

When the 12 Drinks are over, over Boxing Day brunch you turn to the meal in a glass – the Bloody Mary.

Ingredients

50ml Vodka

100ml Chilled Tomato Juice

Squeeze of Fresh Lemon Juice

Worcestershire Sauce

Tabasco Sauce

Ground Black Pepper

Celery Salt (optional)

Ice

Garnish

Celery stalk (with leaves)

Lemon slices/wedge

Create

Into a cocktail shaker half full of ice add vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, 4 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce, 8 drops of Tabasco sauce, 2 grinds of black peper and a pinch of celery salt.

Gently roll these ingredients together with a mixing spoon.

Strain into an ice filled glass and garnish with the celery stalk & lemon.

Variations to the Bloody Mary are almost limitless. Try adding a salt (or chilli salt) rim to the glass.
