A classic dry gin martini is iconic and the world’s most famous cocktail. Though many “martinis” have been created, there is only one true martini, and few drinks can beat this simple recipe.
Ingredients
60ml Dry Gin
15ml Dry Vermouth
Ice
Garnish
Olives or Lemon Peel
Create
Combine Gin & Dry Vermouth in a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir for 10-15 seconds until chilled.
Strain into a Martini glass & add garnish
You can vary the amount of Vermouth to taste.
Dirty Martini – When garnishing with olives, you can add about 15ml of juice (brine) from the olive jar when mixing the Gin (or Vodka) and the Dry Vermouth.

Vodka Martini – swap out the Gin for Vodka.
