A Cuban delight – a classic highball drink to refresh on a hot day.
Ingredients
50ml White Rum
25ml Lime Juice (lime wedges)
25ml Soda Water
Crushed Ice
2 Tsp Fine Sugar
12 Mint Leaves
1 Sprig of Fresh Mint
Create
Take a highball glass, squeeze the lime wedges to release the juice and toss them into the glass with the sugar.
Add the mint leaves and muddle to release the mint flavors.
Add the crushed ice and rum and churn with a bar spoon.
Add the soda water and top up the ice, finish with the mint sprig and enjoy!
