Ingredients
15ml Simple Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
25ml Gin
Ice
Champagne or Sparkling
Garnish
Lemon Peel
Create
Add sugar syrup, lemon jiuce, gin & ice into a coctail shaker.
Shake vigorously then strain ino a Champagne flute.
Top up with Champagne or Sparkling
Garnish with lemon peel
