The Absolution is a wonderful drink to entertain with. It doesn’t take a lot of mixing or work to prepare – just chill the vodka and champagne before making! There is no ice in there to keep the drink cold.

25ml Vodka (chilled)
Bubbles
Garnish
Lime Rind
Create
Pour vodka into a champagne flute and top with bubbles, add the lime rind for garnish.
Simple!
Vary the recipe with citrus infused vodka – lemon, lime or orange.
