The aperitivo classic Negroni – named for Count Camillo Negroni. A perfect pre-dinner cocktail to awaken the palate.
Ingredients
25ml Gin
25ml sweet vermouth
25ml Campari
Ice
Garnish
slice of orange
Create
Pour the Gin, vermouth & Campari into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until the outside of the glass feels cold.
Strain into a tumbler and add 1 large ice cube. Garnish with a slice of orange (blood orange if available, fresh or dried)
