bubbles-centric 12Drinks menu
Now we don’t want this to become a Sparkling website – but one of our most respected contributors does prefer bubbles, so in deference to her we have created this very bubbles-centric 12 Drinks menu.
We start with The Basics. These are simple to make Bubbles Centric, and here is our first “bending” of the substitution rules.
In The Basics section – you can swap out the beer for another bubbles, and the red wine for white.
So if we bend a little more – the 4 Basic drinks could be:
2 glasses of Champagne
2 glasses of Sparkling (white) wine
That works doesn’t it?
Then we have The Mixed, so what about these?
2 Bubbles based cocktails – Classic Mimosas
2 Gin based cocktails (with bubbles) – French ’75s
2 Tequila spiked Mimosa Margaritas
2 Vodka forward Absolution cocktails
And that is the 12 Drinks, with only minor rule bending!
